ABOUT ME 

My name is Semi Asko and the field of Psychology is a daily devotion to my life. I studied psychology {BSc Psychology (Hons)} with a specialization in Clinical & Community Psychology {MSc Clinical and Community Psychology} at the University of East London. My main interest lies in anxiety disorders, with my BSc dissertation focusing on the association of stress with sleep, and later, my MSc dissertation on research on workplace stress.
